INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup buckwheat groats, soaked overnight

1/2 cup milk of choice

1 ripe banana

1 1/4 cup blueberries – fresh or frozen

1 scoop Vivo Life acai & blueberry protein powder

1 tablespoon almond butter

¼ cup your yogurt of choice

DIRECTIONS:

  • Rinse your buckwheat groats and put in a blender with the rest of the ingredients Blend your ingredients
  • Top with more blueberries and some dairy – free yogurt
  • Chill in the fridge until needed

TOP TIP: Try this with different flavours of protein powder and a different fruit to make sure that you don’t get bored of this delicious, protein packed pudding.
