Vegan Blueberry and Buckwheat Groats Protein Pudding

1/2 cup buckwheat groats, soaked overnight
1/2 cup milk of choice
1 ripe banana
1 1/4 cup blueberries – fresh or frozen
1 scoop Vivo Life acai & blueberry protein powder
1 tablespoon almond butter
¼ cup your yogurt of choice
- Rinse your buckwheat groats and put in a blender with the rest of the ingredients Blend your ingredients
- Top with more blueberries and some dairy – free yogurt
- Chill in the fridge until needed
